Rule reads as follows:

"Where to Play: Ladder matches must be played in the Case’s Ladder Room. Please be advised members are not permitted to play matches for real cash in the Case’s Ladder Room."

It says nothing about Cases Tournament Room. It probably should.

: The two choices for rooms are the Cases Ladder Room or the Cases Tournament Room which is stated in the rules. I thought I would leave that option open to the players as to which of these two rooms they would like to play in.
