wrong stats

Recently 2 wins were not issued until long after the match was over 4/8/10. Yet the wins were not added to my win/loss and nor was my win % adjusted with the added wins. I was told it was right but I have screen shot of 61/30 and after 2 wins were added to win streak the 61/30 was not changed to 63/30 and win should be 70% now. Yet I was told it is right but screenshots show otherwise that I am right. Any help on this matter would be appreciated. Perhaps viewing the screenshots this time.
