You and I have talked many, many times over the years, and I know you have been a longtime supporter of Case's Ladder. I want you to know that we truly appreciate all the support that you have shown over all these years. Your financial support has not only helped keep Case's Ladder up and running through good times and bad, but you have helped so many others too. You and I have been through a lot of changes as Case’s Ladder has evolved, but you have always been a supporter and a contributor, whether you were in agreement or not. Case's Ladder is a community, and you have been important to this community. I truly hope that you will continue to be so.
It makes me sad to hear you state that you feel a fool for supporting Case's for all these years. I know that all of our lives are always changing, and this year has brought a lot of change to most of us, but Case's Ladder and the people that make up Case's have always been what makes Case’s Ladder so strong. I know that you have made a lot of friends, and had a lot of good times on Case’s Ladder. You are obviously very frustrated right now, but I don’t think you would have invested 6 years on a site that was not giving something back to you, and the people that you supported. You are not a fool!
LadderBux do have value for our users in a few different ways. LadderBux can be redeemed for real prizes. Not everyone takes advantage of this feature, but we have shipped over 5,000 items that have been redeemed by our users with their LadderBux this year, alone. We do try to give back to our premium members, which is one reason why we offer the redemption program, and cover all shipping costs. The prizes range in value from a Case’s Ladder or MyLeague pens, and t-shirts to an Xbox 360 Console, just to name a couple. Because our LadderBux can be redeemed for real merchandise it is necessary to control the amount, and at what rate they are released into the .
It is very hard to address how many LadderBux other users have accumulated over how many years. It depends on what level their membership is, how often they use their LadderBux, how often they win, etc. It really depends on the user. Some, like yourself, are generous and share their LadderBux with others so they can play.
We are listening to your message, and we will be seriously discussing your suggestion, although, I hope you can understand, they are not just LadderBux in our . We did make some real changes this past year to improve our service, including the increase of the gifting levels for our premium members. We are listening, and we appreciate the time that you took to share your thoughts with us, and as I said, we will be looking at what we can do for our premium users.
Thank you and hope you have a wonderful holiday season!
