This has been suggested on many occasions. A problem we've ran into in the past is the amount of LadderBux potential increases drastically if an entry fee is higher than 100. As, the premium bonus applies to winnings from the entry fees (and doesn't to TD Donations).
We do periodically continue to discuss this option and may implement it someday in the future.
