Walmart and Target are publicly traded companies, and as such, they are legally obligated to publicly report their earnings. Conversely, our parent company is not currently a publicly traded company.
Having said that, the quickest and best way to submit your ideas/feedback or report problems regarding the redesign is to contact the Head Admin of your League or use the Premium Support link.
Not all suggestions are immediately implemented, and some not at all, but ALL suggestions are considered. More importantly, though some may take longer to find and fix than others, all reported problems are handled with the highest priority.
Obviously, it's impossible for us to make everyone happy and we are going to encounter bumps in the road, but overall the feedback we've received has been positive, and we are headed in the right direction for meeting our objectives: better security, more user-friendly for novice and experienced members, and more contemporary in regards to today's Internet standards. Even more importantly, most of the ideas that we brought to life in the redesign were submitted to us over the years by members.
