: Billboard is also known as a 'Ladder Announcement' it can be purchased via the LadderBux store. As an Admin you can post announcements without paying LadderBux. Once purchased (posted) it shows up on the main league page for a certain amount of time, depending on what the admin set it for or how much time was purchased by the user.
