Stuff I can not find

Even though Stephan said "Premium match Histories"are now available and Patti says use the "my acct." tab to find them ----I still can not see where they are. I am looking at "my acct"now---lost of stuff is there but not "Prem..Match His...".I may be making an incorrect assumption, I think of those match histories as on none beta pages I click on my diamond icon and there are the match history options.I could use a lil more info than I have now, please.
2}on none beta pages you can email a staff member by simply clicking on their name in the directors list,I can not figure out how to do it from the beta pages. Same goes w/ trying to email a player ,on none beta just click on the name and you can send that person an email--how can I do that from beta page?
3]None beta ladders I can see my "diamond summry page" I can not find it on beta.The page I'm talking about shows all the ladders I'm on and the overall stats for the 6 ladders.
4] on the my acct. page what do I have to do to get the "MY OPTIONS" section to work--right now I just get stuck on whatever I click on and get some fleeting page about firefox I think and need to hit the "ESC" key on my keybd to get out of there---obviously I'm not doing something right.
Lastly, the beta pages load so slowly it is like having a very bad dial up plan and it is not my computor or my provider because in none beta all pages load lightning fast.
An after thought, friday night I was unable to find a way to buy someone a gold membership--I tried for about 20 minutes and gave up--I found my way to some drop down menu w/ loads of ladder names but almost all of them were pogo and yahoo ladders and none of the 6 I belong to. Saturday morning I was able to buy the gold w/ no problem. I have no clue what I did friday and can't even find that page again--I;'m just gettin dumber....Any help would be greatly appreciated.
