bill board

i posted a messg. on 4/8/08 at about 6 pm that was to be ran for 24 hours and see that it was gone on 4/16/08 at 8 am so i wanted to post one again for 2 days with my bux and it said some one has posted a messg. for the next 30 days? i belive this was the adm. shadow but i look at recent bux remdention it shows nothing about the bill board being purchesd ? whats up with this and why was mine not up for 24 hours?
