I think what you are asking is how does the Top 20 on you Main Page move. Right??
If that's what you are asking when the Top 20 play each other and the lower ranked 1 wins it will move accordingly. It usually takes until the site (Cases) does an update that it will be noticed on the main page. You can always click on the Standings on left side of page to see if the Top 20 is moving.

: I need to know how to make the top 20 move so that as members climb the ladder it changes on the home page top 20. Can someone please tell me how to do that? Thank you so much.
