Current rule reads:

Players in the Top Ten must play at least once every 3 days. If they don't their rank will be adjusted to rank 11. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Proposed Change:

Players in the Top Ten must play at least once every day. If they don't they are automatically dropped five rungs and their inactivity counter is reset. There are no exceptions to this rule.
