Top 30 Challenge Procedures

Current rule reads:

A player in the Top 30 must play a down match upon entering the lobby, (by attempting to seek out the highest available challenger.) The only exception to this rule would be if player is returning within five (5) minutes due to a disconnection/boot from a game in which #1 versus #2 defending rank and announces such.

Verified infractions of this rule will result in a player's rank changed to 31.

When Players ranked in the Top 30 are challenged, they must wait for at least two challenges, or until 7 lines of chat have passed before asking for ranks. Exits and entries into the lobby will count as lines of chat.
