When users fail to report their losses our staff currently are the ones who decide the winner of the match based on both stories. As alternatives we are considering setting up either a referree system or a voting system. The referree system would place the power to decide disputed matches in the hands of a few selected individuals on certain ladders. The voting system would let ladder users vote after reading both sides of the story to determine the winner. Which do you like?
I think the staff should keep doing it	1024 votes (50%)
I believe referrees should make the call	690 votes (34%)
I think that users should be able to vote on them	312 votes (15%)
