Current rule reads:

Both opponents must agree to the table settings before the match begins. In the event both opponents are unable to agree on the table settings, a default game of 300 pts. (Deadwood Allowed) will be played.

Both opponents must agree to the table settings before the match begins. In the event both opponents are unable to agree on the table settings, a default game of 300 pts. (Deadwood Allowed) will be played. It is the responsibility of the player issuing the challenge to set the table.
