Each player has the right to select his/her own partner without interference from others. If all players are not eligible with one another, the challenged player has first option of partner, which partner must be legal with the challenger. You may not turn down a challenge because your favorite partner, etc., is not present. If challenged, you must choose a partner from those available to play.
