If a member of the Top 20 receives a rank penalty they must play 50 games before they will be allowed back into the Top 20. If they re-enter the Top 20 prior to playing 50 games, they must request a rank reduction. If an immediate rank reduction is not requested, they will be dropped in rank once again and must once more play 50 games before re-entering the Top 20.
