The Lowest ranked player must report first when partnering with a Top Twenty Player. (i.e. Player ranked #1 partners with Player ranked #12 and play #15 and #23, they lose. Player Ranked #12 must report first to #15 and #23 in that order. Then #1 will report to #15 and #23 in that order). Failure to do so effects the opponents ranks and may result in penalty.
