Games or Challenges are to be arranged ONLY in open chat in the lobby of the game room where ladder games are played and only if both players are available. PRIVATE MESSAGE or INSTANT MESSAGE challenges (such as ICQ, Yahoo, Msn, or AOL..etc) are not allowed. Going to players tables and asking for games is not allowed. Asking specific players for games in chat while they are playing is not allowed. If you are found to be issuing AND/OR accepting challenges in this manner, both parties could be subject to penalties.
