Shall we Keep - Change - or Delete this Rule? Formal Challenges Formal Challenges are a last resort only. Other means of challenging an opponent must be tried first (i.e. ICQ chat at table etc.) If you still cannot get a game then Formal Challenge system may be used. Official formal challenge rules will be used. Anyone found to be abusing this system may be penalized. Formal challenges take precedence over all other challenges.
