Shall this be added to the rules? Ready To Play If a team is in the room it is presumed they are ready to play and therefore reading the lobby. All blind challenges must be honored if you have 2 team mates not playing. Teams need to ensure that one of the 2 team mates are monitoring the lobby for challenges and reply to the challenger within 3 requests or it will be considered as avoidance.
