Should this be added to the GSRs? If you refuse matches while in the game area (talking with friends or watching a game etc) your next game has to be a Down game. If your next game is not a Down game you will be considered as Camping and the situation will be handled accordingly. If you watch a game you cannot play either player from that game for your next two games.
