Should LadderOps who are members of teams be allowed to play when their team is a top ranked ladder team? Currently, LadderOps may not play when their team is in the top 10 on the ladder. Changing this rule will allow them to play.

LadderOps can play to the top 10% of the ladder. (Example: If there were 50 teams this would mean up to rank #5). Once the team is in the top 10% they may not play.	3 votes (3%)
LadderOps can play to the top 10% of the ladder. (Example: If there were 50 teams this would mean up to rank #5). Once the team is in the top 10% they can continue to play but are only allowed to play Down games.	14 votes (17%)
