Members may upload a new game files, logos, or screenshots at any time without prior notice.

CONTENT POSTED ON THE WEBSITE
You guarantee that all Materials, content or other information posted on the Website by you shall not contain (or contain links to) any of the following:

  • Promotion of racism or violence
  • Hate speech

You guarantee that all Materials, content or other information posted by you do not contain code, images, or content that is not wholly owned by you.

You guarantee that all Materials posted by you do not contain any virus, worm, backdoor, spyware, adware, or any other code that could harm the Website and/or the end user's computer.

The words "Notice of Infringement" should be put in the subject line of all such notifications. If Casesladder.com removes or disables access to any of the materials that are claimed to be infringing, Casesladder.com may attempt to contact the owner such materials in order to give such owner an opportunity to respond to the notification, although Casesladder.com makes no promise to do so.
