Refund Policy

MyLeague.com is confident that our clients will find our services fair, competitive, and industry leading. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your membership within the first 7 days, we will gladly issue a partial refund to your account.

A full refund of the original purchase price will be issued if:

  • You have not violated the Service Agreement or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • You or someone else in your household, or no other party representing the MyLeague in question, has not previously received a credit from this Money-Back Guarantee offer during the past 12 months.
  • Within 3 days after establishing your MyLeague Plus account, no features have been used or Tournaments created with MyLeague Plus features (ie. higher tournament entry fees, sending Prize Boxes, etc.).
    • If tournaments have been created during the time MyLeague Plus was active all created tournaments must be removed before requesting a refund. If any tournaments have been completed with the MyLeague Plus benefits only a partial refund will be issued.
    • If any Prize Boxes were sent through the MyLeague Plus feature only a partial refund will be issued.

You must contact our Billing Department for assistance with canceling your MyLeague Plus Membership. Toll free at 1-855-797-1638 Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (Pacific Time).

Cancellations will not be accepted via direct email, fax, or Live Chat. If you have had your membership more than 3 days, but less than 7 days, you will be issued a prorated refund of the original purchase price. No refunds are available after 7 days.

Some contents and/or services on Casesladder.com may be offered to you conditioned on your purchase of a premium membership. If you elect to purchase subscription-based content/services and transmit to Casesladder.com a subscription purchase request you warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age and if under 18 you have the consent of your legal guardian to make this request.
  • All information that you submit is true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiration date).
  • Case's Ladder does not reimburse overdraft charges.
