: Probably so!.....The only reason I know the stupid word is because someone played COMELY on me in a net game. On looking it up, I saw COMELILY as the adverb. I can't find it in any dictionary anywhere. Even comely didn't sit well with me. I don't recall anyone ever playing it on me, which is why I checked it up.

The above is why this is all so strange. To want to play scrabble you have to have more than a Dick and Jane vocabulary. Comely is such a basic word. To cite it as an example of a word you didn't know is just beyond all logic.
