LSIT and others

I've been playing the LS Tour for a couple of years and have frequently played in the zone. I have noticed that the ladder room hardly has anybody playing. I have asked and the reply was they are playing LSIT and something like OG something in The Bunker Room. How do I sign up for these? I went to the LSIT site and all I saw was teams? I'm lookin for singles play. Any help??
