need help

i screwed up some how trying to sign up to a team with sob_hawk and i got "you are banned from the ladder" I tried to e-mail cases about it but since im "banned from the ladder i couldnt e-mail them w/out a ladder name and PW (ELITE TEAMS that is) so i e-mailed them using my pro ladder name and PW....response was from an op telling me they wernt familiar w/the elite ladder and couldnt help! i dont know what i did to get banned but would like to know what to do next! i would love to play elite teams .my e-mail is kelwolf2003@comcast.net if any1 can help thnx
