CASES are truly pathetic

I joined the Elite ladder some time ago, not particularly interested in rank but I prefer to try and keep a high win percentage. So after 61 games I have a 57 won-4 lost record. Then what happens? I connect one day to check my rec and find that my ID no longer exists on the ladder, hmm weird I think but no big deal, cases can put it back for me.

Easy you would think yea !! Well not so easy as it turns out.

Firstly I use the support option from the menu and find that I cant use this option unless I have an active account on the ladder. Hmmm as my account has been removed then what do I do ?

So then I email cases, get an automated response telling me to use the Support option from their menu and that the email will not be actioned. F**CKED I thought.

So then I ask a friend to contact (via support option) cases for me. They did and cases never responded to them or me.

Then I contact EAGLE1SHOT who tells me to email a ladder op and provides address. I did this and he told me I cannot have my record re-instated. Then Eagle tells me to re-join ladder and he will adjust my record for me. So I did. Check for yourselves, I am unranked.

So the long and short of this is, CASES ARE TRULY PATHETIC, if they can adjust someones score after a non-reported match then they can adjust my record to what it was. If the case is that they WONT, not cant, perhaps one of the ladder ops can explain why to me. Because as it stands now - CASES ARE TRULY PATHETIC.

A response from cases is required here please.
