I believe that the Game Specific Rules supersede the Standard Ladder Rules. If this is the case, it might be a good idea to put a statement to that affect under the GSR area.

I wish they had put in an amount of time, maybe a minimum of 5 minutes, to wait for all to return for a resume. Most wait that long, but some do not and that ruins the game for everyone.

The GSR for playing someone within the Top Ten every 3 days should supersede the rule of having to play within 7 days. The problem is that there is no penalty specified for the GSR, but a 5 rung penalty for the 7 day rule.

This is the case for many of the rules and must make it very difficult for the people in charge to keep track of how certain situations are handled. I do not envy them.
