Not much for me to say since the very top Jeeps players have already responded, But stroke has a lot of luck as well as skill involved, meaning if you can chip from rough etc you can score well, while in Jeeps that would cost you pts. I find placement can be critical (strategy)in Jeeps (par 5's)while just trying to get close to the hole in stroke for a bird etc is all that counts. When playing good Jeeps players it's difficult to get that "long drive" because they are all good on their snap. So much for my 2 cents but do read what the others have said.
