I think I've seen this post somewhere before.......

: If you make it a point to get to a theater to see anything anytime soon.....
: go see Grindhouse. this is easily the best time I have ever had in a movie theater. I've never seen a movie so effortlessly mix side-splitting comedy with adrenaline packed action.

: I went to see this movie last night with Sharon, and seeing her gasp and jump and cover her mouth in shock and disbelief made the movie even more fun. message: see this movie and take friends!

: it was a weeknight so there were only about 30 other people in the theater or so.....maybe more, i dunno. i usually sit near the front so am oblivious to what is behind me. but i could hear what was behind me. I have never seen a movie with an audience that small that was having that good of a time. clapping and cheering and laughing. I was not expecting to like this movie as much as i did. easily the best time I have ever had in a theater. If anyone is going to see this, let me know. I'll definitely go again!

: It's actually a double feature. The first film is "Planet Terror" dir. by Roberto Rodriguez. The second is "Death Proof" dir. by Quentin Tarantino. there are also hilrious fake trailers before and between the films. I really want to see "Thanksgiving" now.... and "Werewolf Women of the SS" it's such a travesty these movies don't really exist! I think I preferred the Rodriguez movie over the Tarantino one (never thought I would ever hear myself say those words, lol) because it was just so much damn fun. and it has zombies in it. The Tarantino movie was slower and not as much fun, but it was more disturbing and had an awesome payoff. that's where most of the audience cheering was...the end of the second film.....

: go see this movie!!

: it looks like some parts of the world are getting screwed as a lot of European distrbutors are splitting it into two films. that really sucks. it worked really well as a double feature. some actors are shared with both. it was obviously intended to be seen as one 3-hour film. it looks like it is being kept intact as one film in the US, UK, and Australia at least.
: release dates: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0462322/releaseinfo

: the most fun i have ever had watching a movie. and no, this is not hyperbole.
