unreported PL match

I am Clan boss of PL_Clan, PL_Cam is a member of PL_Clan also.
I would like to inform You why Pl_Cam did not report 2nd loss:
You both were playing before and PL_Cam won 2 games (on the same day) and You reported 1 loss only. When You were playing again and PL_Cam lost 2 games (on the same day) he reported 1 time as U did.
PL_Cam is a new player, does not speak English very well, so he was not sure what to do when he received your e-mail:
