Well there really is no way to shorten the tourney at all. It's gonna be 2 hrs long just because that's the way it is. The only thing I could do is make it multiple day and hold maybe an hour of it on one day and the second half on the second day.
I doubt i'll do that, just because I have to narrow the field. I make sure everyone that wants to be in the tourney can stay for the full 2 hrs. I can only take 16 people and i've had about 25 express interest, so by eliminating those who can't stay for 2 hrs it's solving a problem anyways.
By the way i have a +29 streak on cases, just wanted to say I'm awesome!
