"No Powers" Tourney

Well the "no powers" tourney seemed to go pretty well, and most everyone seemed to like it, so I will try and make one again. I"m gonna update the rules a little bit more, and it should be pretty smooth. Thanks to all who joined. I"ll work on more new tourney ideas.
