What happened to cases was Yahoo happened. Once upon a time all the yahoo ladders was cases' members. Yahoo decided they didn't want to give all their ranking toys to the Cases party. Therefore, they began ladders seperate from Cases and gave Cases one ladder room to play in. Yahoo gave us stats on our profiles and it was much easier to just play and not worry w/ the reports, etc. People left to the greener pasture, and myleagues came about. With all that cases was abandoned but for a few. Finally it just died from neglect with only lifetime membership left on the roster. Every time someone started to try it again..the family fights would happen and kill any joy here. Yes, there have been past nonsupport for some of the volunteers who were in the trenches, but that happens everywhere at some time. We all would still like to go back to when Yahoo and Cases was the ladder, but that isn't going to happen. We will have to reinvent ourselves and make sure we have the good part of the past instilled into the mix. I think it can happen. It will take us all. Hopefully, we have matured enough to do it.
Luv
