If you have specific questions for SrStaff, at the beginning of your "support mail" you can ask for it to be Marked to the Attention of SrStaff.
Yes, if it is something we believe that can be answered at Op Level or OpManager level it will be marked to them by SrStaff for answering.
If it is something to do with rule changes or ruleset changes it will be discussed and handled by our "Rules Team" with final approval or dis-approval given by SrStaff.
We have special teams within the program that work certain areas of anything to do with Ladders, we as SrStaff, are not going to tread on those hard working volunteers toes. They have been trained, they are inplace to do the ground work and are very knowledgeable with the experience that they have.
Why do we ask you to use the support links ? For most of the reasons given above.
The Message Forums are here for general discussion "between members" and even getting the thoughts of your fellow ladder members to see what they think before contacting support with your idea / suggestions. Time wise it is not possible for anyone to man, answer and police the Forums on every ladder of every game, use the support links and no one will think that they are being ignored because someone doesn't read that forum for 3 or 4 days. Surely that is not hard to understand?
I do not think as you claim, will get a BS Letter back, yes you may receive a reply from time to time saying that your support mail is being investigated etc, but you will always receive a final reply.
Not everything can and will change overnight because you should very well know that some things are discussed at length to get it right the "first time" and that even applies to the possible removal of current GSR's and Wordings and Enforceability on Possible New GSR's submitted by members before they are even Boothed.
Getting it right the first time is surely better than one person making a final "snap decision".
Everyone is willing to help you and the other members to the very best of our ability, your keeness to help is also greatly appreciated. Your use of the support links for specific answers away from general ladder questions that you say can not be answered at Ladder Op Level would be appreciated just as much so you are assured to receive a reply :)

I knew that I could write the support link, but I also know senior staff is NOT there in the mail room just ladder ops or mail support people unless there is a problem. I knew I would get someone's attention, even though it may not have been the attention of the real problem.
: I was senior staff at one time. I helped train many ops, along with PoohBear and a few others that spent many hours with this yahoo spades ladder and all the other ladders.
