As many (even though few will read it) of you readers probably believe by now that this ladder is dead.

You're practically right.
It is a fact that Cases Ladder has never been this bad.
I don't think I really care to put hours of effort which WOULD bring this back to a minimum level of activity again, with 30 or so active people, sort of like Pyramid.

I've done this fighting many times, and the ladder kept running with a few other dedicated people.

Some of the top 10s at pyramid haven't been able to play 5 games in a week there...

As a self challenge, with a much more inactive ladder than pyramid is, I will attempt to get 5 Cases games in ONE DAY.
This Saturday, I will attempt to get a minimum of 5 games, and hopefully will have some support.

This is not a competition between Pyramid and Cases. Their LadderOps actually care about their ladder and we have no LadderOps.
So the people who run Ychess Cases are borrowed LadderOps from other Cases Ladders who do Xtra time in Ychess.

I refuse to stay inactive in ladders/clubs that I participate in and have the option of being there or not.
If I am forced to be inactive and it is not due to illness or vacation, I will quit.
