Take membership for example. You think they would pick you without a gold membership? If you were really busy in the mail room and dealing with complaints from this ladder, you would have no time to play a game and you would be deleted for inactivity.

Another is how long you've been on the ladder, and how active you are. You haven't been on the ladder really long, and Case's will notice that also..

These are just a few, but other things are taken into consideration. You say you worked your @$$ off also? How do you work your @$$ of to get into the voting booth? You just send an application and wait a few weeks. How is that working your @$$ off?

If you ever wanted to try again for ladderOp, I don't think you'll get many votes from the people (that's how YOU think ladderOps are decided anyway), considering how well you sook over something.
