People who give wins out usually get their email banned from Cases for 6 months (i think) - Which means if you try to sign up for a new ladder with the email that you got kicked off from , you won't be able to sign up.

There are other ways that this can happen. Another example is dissing Cases by email or ladderOp. This should be sent through the Support Link. So if someone sent an email, Nick, Keith and Manny should have their email banned if someone reported them. If cases found out there is no problem. LATE RESPONSE.

: All you people who have multiples I KNOW im not retarded. I know who you are, and to name a few nick, manny and keith. It is completely obvious that youre giving free wins like everyday and yes im doing something about it! I will just keep removing you from the ladder as long as you report to your own names or report to someone without playing. I thought this was kinda funny that some of you people think i dont do anything, this is an example that i see just about everything that goes on around this ladder. By the way NO i am not leaving but i do agree with kat that we need another op. So please, if you are interested you'll find the link under support/contact us/ladderop application.
