Completely resign my op position and come around sparingly in yahoo or 2. Continue as an op but since i come on sparingly i wont be able to keep this ladder from cheating. If i take option 1 i will try and get one of the two people i think are highly qualified for the job and recomend them to the sr staff. I will email those two people if i choose 1.
