I am stuck, inactive, at rank 2 - what needs to be done?

Hello,

My apologies to everyone for being inactive, and due to this, being in violation of the rules by blocking rank 2.

As he is currently rank 1, unless Exor loses, my rank won't drop.

I contacted cases 4 days ago and requested a voluntary rank reduction. They have not yet responded to my request.

I've taken the appropriate steps to have my rank reduced so as to open rank 2 up.

What is the implicit message here?

The rope ladder does not have an active ladder op. Communications, unreports, etc. are not being responded to in a timely manner, if at all.

Kooper is the BNG ladder op, and he is not in any way responsible for the rope ladder.

On the BNG ladder our unreports, and communications are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, either immediately, or within 24 hours.

Fact: we need an active ladder op on the rope ladder.
