I think its awesome that you guys are running tourneys again, run some multi-day DEs for me!! but really...you have 65 players on the ladder and half of them are inactive golds, how many tourneys do you think your community can sustain?

Ppls you ever heard the term 'spiritual leader'? try being that. holding the headTD title really doesnt make you any more of an authority in this situation. If you want more TDs, go out and find them. If their application is ignored by the headTDs, get a TDM to process it, then teach the TD how run tourneys.

Remember this though...this ladder has never grown, ever. its been shrinking since 1998, and will continue to do so. Enjoy what you still have, coz it aint gonna get any better.

Now, someone run me a DE!
