I've been a member of the Netzee site for some time. I let Case's know about them awhile ago but after doing some more checking I discovered the site could never handle the traffic a ladder would bring. I was told by a tech there, their server can only handle 40 players at a time and since they have a quite a few members already, we would overload the system. Its a non profit site and they cant afford any more servers. :o((
I was hoping it worked out also but that doesnt seem likely. Playlink.com seems to have the most promise, as Ive been in contact with them personally. It would take months for them to add a game though but they seem to be willing and I believe they may even be trying.

Thanks very much for your help!! I hope you keep looking as I have and of course, feel free to contact Case's or myself if you find something that looks promising.
