Im a little confused by your post but I'll do my best to address some of your concerns.

WON.net severed all ties with Case's Ladder with only 7 days notice. Case's tried to negotiate as they have done in the past (Yahoo, Zone)but WON declined.

Case's is doing the best they can under the circumstances, to make a satisfactory resolution for all. Like I said though, they were completely suprised by this eviction and are now trying to relocate almost 20 ladders, their players and the Ops. This includes contacting new sites and asking them to add ladder rooms. Trying to find sites that can handle the traffic several new ladders will bring, is a challenge in itself. This is no small feat and it will take time.

In the meantime, your Gold account is safe. I assure you, they are not holding out on us or trying to keep the money. There's thousands of accounts to consider and they don't want to throw a plan together just to speed up the process.

I ask you to please try to be patient for a bit longer. Case's plans to honor their agreement with all of the premium members in some way. Its just going to take some time to finalize a plan that is in everyone's best interest.

We could also help them out during this trying time. I put some address in a post, for gaming sites that could add Yahtzee, which would allow us to move the entire ladder there. If you could write to a few and add your voice to mine and others who have written, it would be a big help.
