The inactivity rule, which under normal circumstances is 21 days, has been waived by Case's. They do not want anyone to risk getting banned by WON for playing, so to discourage this, they have taken measures to protect the accounts till other arrangements can be made. The only thing you will lose is your win/loss streak (hot/cold). The display of that stat automaticaly becomes N/A (not available) after a period of time. Other than that, your stats will remain the same since the last time you played.
However, because there are still some games being played, and because others have withdrawn, there is activity on the ladder and therefore there has been a shift in the ranks. As long as people continue to play and report games, this shift can not be prevented.
Hopefully it won't be too much longer and we can get the ladder back to normal again.
