Same as most ladders do
You find an opponent
Agree to ladder game
Play the game
Assuming outcome is clear, the losing player reports loss.
Sometimes extenuating circumstances make outcome unclear... someone is booted during game, etc.
Report loss under "REPORT LOSS" towards the top left of the menu at this very site.
You simply give your ladder name, your ladder password, and the ladder name of the player who just beat you. And don't play that opponent another ladder till the next day.
