There is a new way to file op complaints.

Should you need to file an op complaint in the future there is a new way to do it.

Please use the support link as you would when you file a regular complaint and there is a link for op complaints.

The email address opcomplaint@igl.net is no longer to be used.

Also please remember that if an op helps you and you want to praise them to please use praise@igl.net
