Ok all I am going to attempt to clear a few things up on the players that were kicked from the ladder for multiple accounts.
First we know that some players play from a cafe or something along those lines. I would suggest is that if you are player playing from a cafe when you sign up send a letter to support letting staff know. The problem is that when you play from a cafe the IP address comes up the same. Your name could be jim and it could be joe different players but still have the same IP address or very similar. Now going on to the next point. You cannot play players at the same location during regular match. In most cases doing that appears that you are playing against yourself but under a different name. The only exception to this is during Tournament play. In that case the TD reports the match.
To give an example of this >>>Martijo and i cannot play against each other during a regular match because we play from the same house even though we have 2 PCs that are networked but we can play against each other in a tournament only because the TD reports the match.
Nobody is saying that you cant play from a cafe or a PC that is networked but we are saying that you cannot play some one from the same location.
Again I suggest that if you are playing from a cafe or a PC that is networked You e-mail support and let us now. We will mark your records so that we know and hopefully this will be avoided but again you cannot play players from the same location.
