these r two different processes.
u can play 9 ball for this ladder in the cases room(where u play now) . tournaments r not held these days in here.
u can play tournaments on the myleagues. they ve got different rooms, the list u c on the start page eg. pluto, 2pool4fun, blazing, sportsman etc. u can join these leagues to play tours. igl.net/pluto

igl.net/sportsman
igl.net/hotenough
igl.net/blazing
for pluto and 2pool u have to mail requesting an invite(same procedure. by clicking free signup)
u can download tourney callender to c the tourney timings in all the leagues frm pauth.com
or u can check tourneys frm the site also.( a link is there of tourney callender)
u can also use the anticheat program PAUTH after joining pluto or 2pool league. download pauth frm pauth.com
