I can only assume this is a coporate decision. Where I work they make lots of corporate decisions. They also never consult anyone affected by these decisions before making them. Cases has allowed me to meet new people, make new friends, and enjoy a pleasant competetive atmosphere for about a year now. Should not the people affected have a voice in this. Also it would be nice to learn firsthand instead of by word of mouth. Hopefully this is not written in stone and your decision can be reversed.
