removal of Case's Ladders

We wish to thank the Case's staff and players at this time for their efforts and support within the WON.net Hoyle
community. However, we are in the process of reorganizing our tournaments, community support and games in
order to improve the quality of tournaments for all players. As part of this process, we will no longer be hosting
Case’s Ladder tournaments on WON.net or in the future on the Flipside.com sites starting 8/28.

If you are a Case's TD who also runs non-Case's slots, you will be able to keep the non-Cases's timeslots. If you
are a Case's TD who wishes to remain with Flipside.com, your information and NDA will be kept on record and
you may contact the FTA when we start accepting applications again.

Please keep watching for the launch of Flipside.com where you can still enjoy the same great games and flip
over winning flips that are redeemable for prizes of your own choice. Special flip tournaments are coming in the
future!

We have prepared some questions and answers that we hope will be helpful:

Q: Why has Flipside.com decided to remove Case's Ladder Tournaments? A: Case's groups give out Ladder
Bux which will shortly be a competitive currency to flips and future extra flips tournaments.

Q: Can I still be a part of the FTA? A: If you are a Case's TD who also runs non-Case's slots, you will be able to
keep the non-Cases's timeslots. If you are a Case's TD who wishes to remain with Flipside.com, your
information and NDA will be kept on record and you may contact the FTA when we start accepting applications
again.

Q: How does this effect the Retail Tournaments? A: It doesn't. Retail will continue to run tournaments as they
have in the past. To keep this simple, the following Case's tournaments are being removed on 8/28: Spades
Poker Blackjack Wordox Double Cross Hearts Word Searches Backgammon Euchre Checkers Pinochle
Cribbage Pachisi Yacht Gin Crosswords Chess Reversi Hangman Roulette Bridge Dominoes Word Yacht
Craps
